Why is this unit a piece of junk? I remember a time when Jensen was a good product! Tried to play a dvd for the first time and it tries to load but then just stops! That’s after I had too replace the crappy speakers! That were also Jensen’s! Teach me too buy a brand new Toy Hauler with Jensen audio!

My Jensen JWM 72A DVD player in my travel trailer isn't working. When a dvd is inserted, audio plays, but not video. I've tried all the source options (TV, AV, COMPONENT, HDMI1, & 2, and USB). This is the first time I've tried using it (got the trailer in September 2020). Is there anything I can do from here?

The screen is black. I have turned on the dimmer and turned the dial to 8. Can barely see it at all.
